Wonder Woman 80th Anniversary Buy It By The Case PSA

Since I've been seeing confusion about this, thought I'd take a moment to provide this nice PSA.
For the WW80 Buy it By the Case promotion (which you can read all the details of here) they do not require receipts or the full boxes. They just want UPCs (Universal Purchase Code) from Wonder Woman. What are UPCS?
It's the barcode on the back of the booster as seen in picture 1. Picture 2 is all you need to send in.
They don't need the full box. They don't need the bottom or the top. Just the UPC and the form from the above link. Which will save you postage.
