Clix Yule 2022 Opening Announcement!
Welcome one and all to the third annual Clix Yule! A twelve day celebration of giving, Heroclix and..vikings. Or something.
As usual, the majority of Clix Yule will be focused on a series of gifts that are revealed over the next twelve days. However, we will also be trying to share some fun clix related downloads and items for everyone to enjoy. As well, make sure to check out the Dishin' Up Clix Facebook group to see what goodies they have in store!
Now onto the important part: how to enter the drawing.
- Be a Clix Nexus Patron for December (payment needs to clear on Jan. 1st)
- Donate to the site via the non-Patreon links on the Inner Circle
- Donate to the Hero Initiative ($10 minimum) (Make sure to screenshot your receipt)
- Purchase something from my Threadless shop
- Join Heroclix Rules Chat on Facebook (and make sure to answer all the entry questions)
- E-mail me your favorite Heroclix figure released this year and why
The above will all earn you one entry each, and multiple entries will stack. So, if you donate via Venmo AND are a Patron, that's two entries. Once you've done it all and have the appropriate proof (emails for purchases) send it all in one e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. The deadline for entry is Jan. 4 at 11:59 PM Eastern time.
As well, the first ten New/Returning supporters will receive a pair of 20th Anniversary Tilt dice. Your donation/Patron tier needs to be at least $10 to qualify for the dice.
The first weekend in January, I'll take everyone that entered and assign them numbers based on their entries. Then I'll do a random number generator to pick our winners. I'll pick one winner for every 5 people that enter, rounded down. So, if 27 people enter, we're picking five winners. If I have to give away more than I've shown, I'll just throw more stuff in and make sure everyone gets to see everything before deciding.
Whether you participate or not, I hope that you have a wonderful holiday season. I hope you are warm, your belly is full and you get to see the people that matter most to you. And if you get to play some games, Heroclix or not, well, that's pretty nice, too.
